As we walk out our faith, He continually guides, comforts, fills, gifts, and empowers us to live a life of meaningful worship, bold evangelism, and selfless service. Adam and Eve were the first man and woman, intentionally created in the image of God to enjoy perfect fellowship with Him. Through their choice to sin against God, they brought upon themselves not only physical death, but spiritual death and separation from their Creator. Because of this fall, all of humanity now inherits a broken sin nature, leaving every person naturally separated from God and in need of His grace. Salvation is the free gift of being made right with God, restoring the personal relationship that was lost in the fall of Adam, and having the penalty for our sins forgiven forever. This reconciliation is only possible through a personal response of faith: admitting you are a sinner who cannot fix things through human effort or merit, believing that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died on the cross, and trusting that His shed blood paid your sin debt in full when God raised Him from the dead. In this act of faith, you turn from your sin and surrender your life to Jesus as Savior and Lord, receiving the free gift of God's grace. There is only one universal Church, comprised of everyone who has become a member of the body of Christ by grace through faith and been made one by His Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:4-6). A local New Testament church is a visible expression of this body—a community of baptized believers united by a covenant of faith and the fellowship of the gospel. Together, a local church family commits to the teaching of Scripture, observes the two ordinances given by Christ, and exercises their spiritual gifts to build up one another and share the gospel. Furthermore, local churches fulfill the Great Commission by actively cooperating with other like-minded congregations to fuel global missions and advance God's kingdom. God, in His own perfect time and in His own way, will bring this present world to its appointed conclusion. According to His faithful promise, Jesus Christ will return personally, visibly, and in full glory to the earth. At His return, the dead will be raised, and Christ will judge all humanity in perfect righteousness. Those who have rejected Him will face eternal separation from God in hell, a place of everlasting punishment. Conversely, the righteous—clothed in their resurrected and glorified bodies—will receive the inheritance of eternal life, dwelling forever with the Lord in the new heaven and the new earth. Every believer who has placed their faith in Jesus Christ for salvation should follow the Lord's command to be baptized. We practice baptism by immersion in water for four distinct reasons:​The Biblical Definition: The original New Testament word baptize literally means to submerge, immerse, or dip into.The Example of Jesus: Our Savior set the pattern for us by being baptized through immersion.The Scriptural Pattern: Every recorded instance of baptism in the New Testament church shows believers being fully immersed in water.The Divine Picture: Full immersion perfectly portrays the beautiful spiritual reality of what baptism signifies—our personal identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus.​An Important Distinction: Water baptism does not wash away sins, guarantee salvation, or secure special merit or grace from God. Rather, it is a joyful act of obedience performed after salvation to serve as a public testimony of your faith before others.​Because baptism is a declaration of personal faith, it is offered to individuals who have shared their personal salvation testimony with one of our pastors. (Matthew 3:16; Acts 2:41, 8:12-13, 8:35-39)

The Lord’s Supper is a symbolic act of obedience and a sacred moment of remembrance for the church family. Prior to partaking, believers are called to examine their own hearts—confessing any personal sin to God and actively working to restore any broken fellowship within the body. Together, we then share the bread and the fruit of the vine to memorialize the sacrificial death of Jesus on the cross for our sins and to look forward with joyful anticipation to His promised return. What We Believe About Family, Marriage, & Sexuality

God has ordained the family as the foundational institution of human society, composed of individuals related to one another by marriage, blood, or adoption. Marriage is the holy uniting of one man and one woman in a covenant commitment designed to last for a lifetime.​Following the clear standards of Scripture, we believe that sexual intimacy is a gift reserved exclusively for the sacred boundaries of this marital relationship. Any sexual activity outside of these biblical boundaries is expressly prohibited by the Lord (Matthew 15:19; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11; 1 Thessalonians 4:3; Hebrews 13:4).​​Furthermore, because the human body is an intentional creation of God, we believe that sexual identity is biologically determined by Him, and we seek to honor biological gender in accordance with biblical standards (Genesis 1:27; Romans 1:26-32; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11).We firmly believe that every person is created in the image of God and must be treated with compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity. This biblical standard of sexuality does not provide grounds for bigotry, bullying, or hate. Any hateful, harassing, or unloving behavior directed toward any individual is sinful, deeply contrary to the heart of Jesus, and will not be tolerated within our church family.
